Review your profile and change appearance
Check your account identity and choose a light, dark, or system-matched appearance.

Review your profile
Open Settings → Profile to review your name, avatar and email. This panel displays identity details; it is not a self-service email or sign-in-provider change form. If the account looks wrong, sign out and use the intended account's original sign-in method before opening invitations.
Choose a theme
- 01Open Settings and find the appearance or theme control.
- 02Choose Light, Dark, or System to match your preference.
- 03Use the quick theme control in the app header to switch between light and dark while working.

Your appearance choice changes the web app for your account; it does not change the view for other team members.

Other personal settings
Settings also contains email two-factor authentication, Slack integration, notification preferences, desktop notifications and optional setup emails. AI Assistant configuration appears for a connected installation. If a panel cannot load, retry after checking your company selection; do not assume a saved integration was removed.
